Here is how it works:

1. Take the Assessment - Identify the challenges that interest you most. Go to Sparkpath, click SIGN UP, create a STUDENT account using the code Westernu
2. Search Employers by Challenge - Explore Employers working on your top challenges and create a target list for the hirewesternu VIRTUAL Career Fair
3. Register for the hirewesternu VIRTUAL Career Fair - complete the advanced registration for the Fair and begin to prepare 
4. Attend the hirewesternu VIRTUAL Career Fair - chat 1:1 with employers to learn about opportunities.
