Water is Life

Join us on World Water Day for a discussion with Carol Hopkins and Irene Peters about the history of Water Walks and the wonderful connections of water to life.

The Water is Life speaker series is hosted by the Indigenous Students’ Association (ISA) along with support from the Office of Indigenous Initiatives, Indigenous Student Centre, University Students’ Council (USC) Indigenous Relations Committee, Western Housing and Western Sustainability.

This event counts towards Co-Curricular credit for the Western Sustainability Leaders Program (WSLP). Students who attend at least 4 WSLP events each year will receive the Sustainability Leader designation on their Co-Curricular Record.

Copper cups will also be gifted to all participants in the event (up to 200), courtesy of Indigenous Student Centre!
