Networking - It's Easier Than You Think!:
Networking is not about using other people to get a job; it's about asking for directions and making connections so that you are in the conversation & can receive consideration when an employment opportunity becomes available. In this session you will learn practical networking skills such as how to effectively conduct informational discussions/coffee chats, how to get referrals from discussions, how to start the process of networking (when you aren't even sure where to begin), how to construct your "pitch", and how to use social media to get the most out of your networking efforts!
