Yoga with Living Well @ Western

Join Melissa on Wednesdays for a 40-minute yoga practice.
She will start with a brief meditation or embodiment practice, from there you'll move through a Hatha practice, which is a slow, intentional flow of yoga postures and end with a delightful savasana. The goal is to leave the session feeling lighter, more grounded, and ready for the rest of the week. This is a great gift to give yourself to get over the mid-day and mid-week hump.
No experience necessary and open to all Western employees.
