Call for Submissions EXTENDED: AJE 18 | Artlab Gallery

Back for the 18th consecutive year, the Annual Juried Exhibition (AJE) continues to be one of the most highly anticipated undergraduate exhibitions in Department of Visual Arts at Western University. This diverse exhibition supports the production of new artwork made in a variety of mediums, including painting, sculpture, digital media, photography, installation, sound, and performance.

Eligibility:

The AJE is open to all Undergraduate Students currently registered in a Visual Arts program, either Studio Art, Art History, or Museum and Curatorial Studies.

How to Submit Your Artwork:

Artworks must be accompanied by a submission form, available at the Artlab reception desk as of Work may be installed on all designated wall and floor spaces between Monday January 13 and Wednesday January 15, 2020.

Please note the Deadline for submission has been extended to : Friday January 17, 2020 5pm

About the AJE

Artworks are selected by a professional jury who consider originality, creativity, process and engagement as some of the criteria for inclusion in this exhibit. Works in this large group exhibition are selected by a professional jury who consider originality, creativity, process and engagement as just some of the criteria for exhibition inclusion. Works from all Undergraduate levels will be represented in this exhibit.
