Struggling with stress, tough emotions, or navigating relationships? Join our Coping Well group, designed specifically for students who want to build effective coping strategies and thrive during their studies. Over four weeks, you’ll learn practical skills from Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) that can help you manage your thoughts, emotions, and daily challenges. Here’s what you’ll gain:

  • Mindfulness: Techniques for staying present and focused in the moment.
  • Distress Tolerance: Strategies for handling difficult emotions and stressful situations without getting overwhelmed.
  • Emotion Regulation: Tools for managing intense emotions and preventing them from spiralling.
  • Interpersonal Effectiveness: Skills for confidently expressing your needs and setting boundaries in your relationships.

Commitment: To get the most out of the workshop, attendance at all 4 sessions is required.
