Mindful Moments
Relax, recharge, refocus with weekly drop-in mindfulness practices live on Zoom. Join us as we lead a different mindfulness practice for approximately 15-20 minutes each Monday beginning at noon.
Everyone in the Western community is welcome to participate. No prior mindfulness experience is necessary. No registration is necessary.
Winter term dates are every Monday from January 15 – April 8, 12:00-12:20pm. (excluding Feb.19)
