Western Law's Law and Feminism Research group and GALA (Gender and the Law Association) welcome Teresa Donnelly for a lecture on Challenges in Sexual Assault Prosecutions: Consent, Credibility and Capacity.
Ms. Donnelly is the West Region Sexual Violence Crown, Sexual Violence Advisory Group, Criminal Law Division, Ministry of the Attorney General. She has extensive experience prosecuting sexual assault cases and on prosecution policies. She has recently been the Treasurer of the Law Society. This past summer she was awarded an honorary doctorate by the Law Society of Ontario.
