Join the Department of Oncology as we welome Dr. Saverio Stranges fo his lecture "Nutritional Prevention of Chronic Disease (including cancer): Bridging the Gap between Myth and Reality." Dr. Stranges will review and interpret epidemiological trends in the burden of cardiometabolic disease, he will break down the role of traditional and emerging risk factors for cardiometabolic disease with a focus on nutrition and sleep patterns, and he will discuss current and future public health challenges to tackle cardiometabolic disease in the context of multimorbitidy and aging.
